Nanoteknoloji hakk\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekleri analiz ederken, bu icad\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinde iki ki\u015finin pay\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtmek gerekir. Nanoteknoloji kelimesini ilk ortaya atan, 1974 y\u0131l\u0131nda Profes\u00f6r Norio Taniguchi<\/strong>‘dir.\u00a0\u00a0Atomlar\u0131n ve molek\u00fcllerin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi fikri ilk kez 1959 y\u0131l\u0131nda Richard Feynman taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcndeme getirildi.<\/p>\n

Feynman, 29 Aral\u0131k 1959 tarihinde Amerikan Fizik Derne\u011fi Toplant\u0131s\u0131nda\u00a0 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmda, \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015f aletler kullanarak izlenecek bir prosed\u00fcrle molek\u00fclleri ve atomlar\u0131n, g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilebilece\u011finden bahsetmi\u015ftir. Bu prosed\u00fcre o tarihte hen\u00fcz bir isim koyulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Profes\u00f6r Taniguchi, 1974 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile nanoteknoloji hakk\u0131ndaki ger\u00e7ekleri su y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda atomlar ve molek\u00fcler olarak s\u00fcreci tan\u0131mlad\u0131 ve bu s\u00fcrece Nanoteknoloji ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n

Dr. K Eric Drexler’in (Engine of Creation and Nanosystems) kitab\u0131 ile nanoteknoloji kelimesinin tan\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ve\u00a0 pop\u00fcler olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Kitap 1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve konuyla ilgili ilk kitap oldu.<\/p>\n

1980 de icat edilen taramal\u0131 t\u00fcnel mikroskopu\u00a0(scanning tunneling microscope) sayesinde nanoteknoloji ata\u011fa kalkt\u0131. S\u00fcre\u00e7 yar\u0131-iletken nanokristallerin geli\u015fmesi, metal oksit nano par\u00e7alar\u0131n nedenleri ve kuantum nokatalar\u0131 hakk\u0131ndaki ger\u00e7eklerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ile devam etti.<\/p>\n

1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk protein m\u00fchendisli\u011fi sempozyumu d\u00fczenlendi. Ertesi\u00a0 y\u0131l \u00fcniversitelerde\u00a0 nanoteknoloji ile ilgili dersler okutulmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. 1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda atomik kuvvet mikroskobu icat edildi.<\/p>\n

Nanoteknolojinin Faydalar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hala emekleme d\u00f6neminde olsa da nanoteknolojinin potansiyel yararlar\u0131 bilim adamlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan onaylanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Nanoteknolojinin Potansiyel Riskleri<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nanoteknolojinin insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki riskleri hen\u00fcz tam olarak bilinmiyor. \u0130nsan v\u00fccudunun nanoteknolojiden nas\u0131l etkilenece\u011fi hen\u00fcz ara\u015ft\u0131rma a\u015famas\u0131nda. \u00c7evreye olan etkisi de ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n

En potansiyel tehlike gri \u00e7amur efekti (grey goo effect) olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Nano organizmalar\u0131n (nanobot) kendi kendine geli\u015fmesi, kendi yapay zekalar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmaya ba\u015flamalar\u0131 gelecekte b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlara neden olabilir.<\/p>\n
