Paris Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn 14 A\u011fustos 1893 g\u00fcn\u00fc yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 talimatnamede \u015fu sat\u0131rlar vard\u0131: &#8220;Her motorlu arac\u0131n \u00fczerinde, g\u00f6r\u00fcnebilir b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte bir metal plaka olacakt\u0131r.
