Bug\u00fcn entegre devrelerin bulunmas\u0131 ve mikro elemanlar\u0131n geli\u015fmesi ile \u00e7ok \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck elektronik cihazlar geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6yle ki, insan\u0131n midesine inip foto\u011fraf \u00e7eken makinalar ve kameralar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Elektronik hemen hemen her sahaya girdi\u011finden tek ki\u015finin b\u00fct\u00fcn elektronik konular\u0131n\u0131 bilmesine imkan yoktur. Bu y\u00fczden elektronik de kollara ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Birinci D\u00fcny\u00e2 Sava\u015f\u0131nda telsiz \u00f6nemli rol oynad\u0131. \u0130lk genel radyo yay\u0131n\u0131 ABD\u2019de Pittsburgh \u015fehrinde AM (genlik mod\u00fclasyonu-amplitude modulation) olarak 1920\u2019de yap\u0131ld\u0131. 1935\u2019te bunu FM (Frekans mod\u00fclasyonu-frequency modulation) t\u00e2kip etti. 1947\u2019de televizyonun ke\u015ffine kadar radyo; e\u011fitim, bilgi ve e\u011flence yay\u0131nlar\u0131yla tek ba\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131. 1912\u2019de Marconi \u015eirketi, <strong>Ettore Bellini<\/strong> ve <strong>Alessandro Tosi<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan radyo y\u00f6n bulucu cihaz\u0131n\u0131 piyasaya s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Bu cihaz deniz ve hava trafi\u011fini sa\u011flamak \u00fczerine seyir maksad\u0131yla 1918\u2019den beri kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Telsizden sonra elektronikte at\u0131lan en b\u00fcy\u00fck ad\u0131m radard\u0131r. Radar ultra frekansl\u0131 radyo dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n uzaktaki bir cisme, mesela gemi veya u\u00e7a\u011fa \u00e7arparak geri gelip al\u0131nmas\u0131 prensibine dayan\u0131r. Radar\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 gemi ve u\u00e7aklara karanl\u0131kta, sisli havalarda seyir imk\u00e2n\u0131 tan\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131nda radar, at\u0131\u015f kontrol sistemlerinde ve seyir sistemlerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Televizyon<\/strong> uzun laboratuvar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lk olarak katot t\u00fcpte elektron \u0131\u015f\u0131n taramas\u0131 mekanik disklerle yap\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bu tip televizyon 1927 senesinde New York\u2019ta yay\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131. Mekanik tarama sistemi \u00e7ok yer i\u015fgal etti\u011fi ve istenilenlere cevap veremedi\u011fi i\u00e7in taramay\u0131 elektronik olarak yapmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam etti. Nihayet 1939\u2019da ABD\u2019de RCA firmas\u0131 bug\u00fcnk\u00fc televizyon sistemini yapmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda katot t\u00fcp \u00fczerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla sava\u015ftan sonra 1947\u2019de televizyon yay\u0131n\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmesine zemin haz\u0131rland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>1904 senesinde <strong>John Fleming<\/strong>\u2019in diyot vakum t\u00fcp\u00fc bulmas\u0131yla ilerleyen elektronik, 1906\u2019da De Forest\u2019in triyot vakum t\u00fcp\u00fc\u00a0 geli\u015ftirilmesiyle birden geli\u015fmi\u015f ve 40 sene t\u00fcp elektroni\u011fi h\u00e2kim olmu\u015ftur. 1948\u2019de yar\u0131 iletken diyot ve transist\u00f6rlerinin <strong>John Baroleen, Walter Brettain <\/strong>ve<strong> William Shockley<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan bulunu\u015fuyla t\u00fcp, yerini yar\u0131 iletkenlere b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yar\u0131 iletken diyot ve transist\u00f6rler; k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, hafif, \u00e7ok az enerji ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, \u0131s\u0131 istemiyen, verimli, uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc olduklar\u0131ndan vakum t\u00fcp diyot ve triyotlara g\u00f6re \u00e7ok avantajl\u0131yd\u0131. Fakat bu sefer elektronik cihazlar\u0131n karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015fmas\u0131 ile hacim problemi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck elektronik cihazlar yap\u0131larak belli bir sahaya yerle\u015ftirme mecburiyeti elektronik par\u00e7alar\u0131n ufalt\u0131lmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Ancak bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan mikro elektronik konusu \u00fczerine ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar devam etti. Diyot transist\u00f6r, bask\u0131 devreler ve nihayet entegre devrelere ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Entegre devre bir\u00e7ok transist\u00f6r diyot, kondansat\u00f6r, diren\u00e7 elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n tek bir silikon kristali \u00fczerine yerle\u015ftirilmesiyle elde edilir. Yar\u0131 iletken par\u00e7alarla yap\u0131lan radyo al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 ucuz ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fcr, cepte ta\u015f\u0131nabilir. Transist\u00f6rler komp\u00fcterlerin de ebatlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmesine sebeb olmu\u015ftur. Transist\u00f6r\u00fcn ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yle b\u00fcy\u00fck odalar\u0131 dolduran ve fazla enerji harcayarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bilgisayarlar\u0131n\u00a0yerini masa b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde mikro bilgisayarlar alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Transist\u00f6r\u00fcn uzay \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndaki rol\u00fc hi\u00e7bir zaman ihmal edilemez.<\/p>\n<p>Elektronik cihazlar\u0131n askeri alan haricinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 1930 senelerinden sonra ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ticari ve end\u00fcstriyel elektronik cihazlar aras\u0131nda hesap makinalar\u0131, bilgisayarlar, <a title=\"Fotokopi Makinesini kim buldu\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ilkkimbuldu.com\/fotokopi-makinesi\/\">fotokopi makinalar\u0131<\/a>, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc \u00e2letlerini saymak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. T\u0131p alan\u0131nda ise r\u00f6ntgen, elektrokardiyografi, ultrasonik makinalar, <a title=\"Elektro\u015fok Tedavisini kim buldu\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ilkkimbuldu.com\/elektrosok-tedavisini-kim-buldu\/\">elektro\u015fok cihaz\u0131<\/a>, i\u015fitme cihaz\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok elektronik cihaz uygulamada kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Maser ve <a title=\"Lazeri Kim Buldu\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ilkkimbuldu.com\/lazeri-kim-buldu\/\">Laser <\/a>elektronikte \u00e7ok yeni, fakat gelecekte b\u00fcy\u00fck geli\u015fmeler yapacak konulard\u0131r. Maser ve Laserin prensibi elektron t\u00fcp\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7indeki elektron bulutunun tersine \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek frekansl\u0131 elektromanyetik dalgalarla molek\u00fcllerden radyasyon yay\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Laser, enfraruj, ultraviyole dalga ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan tek y\u00f6ne yo\u011fun radyasyon yapma \u00f6zelli\u011fine s\u00e2hiptir.
