S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin hatalar\u0131 nedeniyle, s\u00f6z konusu belgeleri iptal etme hakk\u0131na her zaman sahibiz.&#8221; Bu duyuru \u00fczerine, araba sahipleri, Paris Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;ne ba\u015fvurdular.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130lk ehliyet ne zaman verildi<\/h2>\n<p>Kendileri bir direksiyon s\u0131nav\u0131ndan ge\u00e7irildi ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclenlere s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgeleri verildi, 10 Mart 1899&#8217;da Frans\u0131z H\u00fck\u00fcmeti, bir kararname yay\u0131nlayarak s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgelerinin <a title=\"Arabay\u0131 kim buldu\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ilkkimbuldu.com\/arabayi-kim-buldu\/\">araba <\/a>kulland\u0131klar\u0131 zaman s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin yan\u0131nda olmas\u0131n\u0131 ve her istendi\u011finde g\u00f6sterilmesini istedi. Belgelerin \u00fczerinde araba sahibinin bir foto\u011fraf\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. 1 Kas\u0131m 1899&#8217;a kadar Paris b\u00f6lgesinde 1795 ki\u015fiye s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgesi verilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ehliyet s\u0131nav\u0131<\/strong> zorunlulu\u011fu, ilk kez Paris Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn 14 A\u011fustos 1893 g\u00fcn\u00fc yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararnamenin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin 18. paragraf\u0131yla getirildi. S\u0131navda, adaylar\u0131n araba kullanma yeteneklerine, arabaya olan h\u00e2kimiyetlerine ve motor bilgilerine bak\u0131l\u0131yordu.
